How long does a typical painting job take?

What's the best exterior paint for Perth's climate?
Perth gets intense UV for most of the year, and coastal suburbs also deal with salty sea air, so we use UV-resistant, weatherproof exterior systems rated for harsh sun, and marine-grade coatings for homes closer to the coast — Fremantle, Scarborough, Rockingham, Mandurah and similar areas. The 5-year guarantee covers our workmanship on the finished paint system; it doesn't cover damage from building movement, water ingress from unrelated leaks, or owner modifications after we leave site. If something fails within the warranty period because of our work, we come back and make it right.
